Do a stomping moving or marching your feet while you are sitting with your back straight. Note that your knees should reach a height that is no lower than your belly button or navel area. The higher you knees reach as you march, the better the result will be.

3. Balancing exercises

You can also balance and tighten your abdominal muscles by lifting your feet off the ground for several counts per set. You may or may not hold the ball on each side so that you can easily keep your balance.

4. Leg raise and buttocks firming

If your problem areas are your legs or bottom and you want to have tighter buttocks, you can do these Swiss ball balance exercises that are super easy. Use the exercise ball as your main support and place your upper body on the ball. Keep your chest on the ball while holding the top surface for support. Keep your legs straight as if you are doing chair push ups. In a slow manner, raise one leg up until you feel the tension on your thigh and buttocks. Do this alternately with 10 counts each and two to three sets per session.

5. Lower abdominal firming

A lot of people find it very easy to slim down and lose weight. However, it’s actually taking care of the loose skin that’s really a huge challenge. Fortunately, there are Swiss ball balance exercises that can avoid this.

Lie flat on the floor with your hands behind your head and your stomach tucked in. Place both feet on top of the exercise ball and lift your hips up and down slowly for added tension. You can also place your hands on your side, palms facing down, especially if you are a beginner. This will support your lower body as you lift your hips.
